Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs, one of China’s autumn delicacies, officially hit the market on Sept. 26 following the opening ceremony of the crab harvest season in Suzhou. The lake will produce around 10,350 tons of hairy crabs this year and they will be available on the market in large quantities after mid-October.
